Terms of use
Last updated August 2026
These terms keep things clear and fair. By using Sparkle, you agree to them.
Using Sparkle
- Sparkle’s activities are made for young learners, but the account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or guardian managing it for a learner, or that you are at least 18.
- The adult account holder is responsible for supervising the learner, deciding whether each activity is suitable, and keeping the account secure. Choose a password you don’t use elsewhere, and log out on shared devices.
- Do not ask a child to enter their real name, email, home address, school, phone number, or other private information in responses.
Your content
The account holder keeps ownership of the reflections and responses entered through the account and permits Sparkle to store and process them only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell them.
The learning content
The courses and challenges in Sparkle are provided to help you practice. They’re offered as-is, for education and reflection — not as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Availability
We aim to keep Sparkle running well, but it’s provided without warranties. Features may change as the studio grows.
Learning reminders
The adult account holder may opt in to daily learning-reminder emails. These can be paused at any time from Profile and automatically stop when no started course or challenge remains unfinished.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. That removes your account and your learning data.
